Phil D. Nelson

Phil Nelson: Born February 27, 1943 at Beloit, WI.  Graduated from Orfordville High School in 1961.  Graduated from UW - Whitewater 1965.  Served in US Army 1966-1969.  Server with the 199th Light Infantry Brigade in Vietnam in 1968.  Employed at Rock County National Bank in Janesville.  Moved to Shawano in 1984.  Became President of Citizens Bank.  Owned Sierra Car Wash Supply in Sparks, NV until retiring in 2012 and moved back to Shawano.  Now serve as Quartermaster of VFW Post 2723, Finance Officer of American Legion Post 117, Finance Officer of Vietnam Veterans Chapter 206 and Commissaire Intendent of 40 & 8 Voiture Locale 986.  Wife - Cindy for 57 years.  Children - Jeff, Heather and Amber
